Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting.
• Current RN licensure in Ohio.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care/services provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members.
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to residents.
• Assess residents' health and notify the physician of changes; implement orders.
• Develop a care plan based on assessment and implement nursing care.
• Select nursing interventions to stabilize conditions and prevent complications.
• Contribute to resident assessments and plans of care (MDS/CAA reporting).
