Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted California RN license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Strong clinical assessment and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight to residents.
• Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols.
• Monitor progress and follow individualized care plans.
• Lead admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Supervise LVNs/LPNs and CNAs.
• Ensure staffing coverage and monitor care quality.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and regulatory readiness.
