Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per policies and Nurse Practice Act, including CPR and hospital protocols.
• Supervise and coordinate care with licensed and non-licensed staff; document and communicate with care team.
• Administer medications and blood products; start IVs; ensure infection control and safety standards.
• Assist with education, discharge planning, and performance improvement activities.
