Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Assesses and directs teaching for patient and family across diverse groups.
• Delegates, leads, and manages the nursing team and resources.
• Uses data to evaluate outcomes and promote change for optimal patient care.
• Supports customer satisfaction and staff morale, and advances nursing practice.
• Adapts communication to the patient population and obtains necessary permissions.
• Performs other related duties as required.
