Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• RN license in state of practice; BLS certification.
• Preferred clinical specialty certification.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and adapts teaching strategies for diverse patients and families.
• Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources.
• Uses data to evaluate and promote change for optimal outcomes.
• Fosters customer satisfaction and staff morale.
• Adapts care for diverse patient populations, respecting privacy and cultural differences.
• Performs other related duties as required.
