Qualifications

• 2 Year / Associate Degree in nursing required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state required.
• Board-approved refresher course if license inactive for five years or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead the healthcare team by establishing an authentic personalized relationship with the patient and their support system.
• Collaborate with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
• Promote optimal health or support a peaceful death using best scientific evidence and compassionate care.
