Job summary

Doctors Hospital of Augusta is seeking an RN Manager Breast Care Center to lead the Women’s Diagnostic Center's day-to-day operations, supervising Mammographers, Sonographers, and support staff while driving quality and efficiency.

The role involves budgeting, maintaining accreditations, and building strong relationships with Radiologists, with a focus on patient satisfaction and a collaborative, compliant department.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited AMA Program with Certificate or Degree in Radiology; ARRT Mammography registration required.
• ARRT Registered with advanced Mammography registration; BLS certification required on hire.
• 3+ years Mammography Department/Clinic operations experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in radiology department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the Women’s Diagnostic Center and supervise imaging staff.
• Oversee Mammographers, Sonographers, and support staff to ensure quality exams.
• Manage department budgets including personnel, operations, and capital expenditures.
• Maintain state/federal registries and Joint Commission accreditation compliance.
• Foster high patient satisfaction and a positive, well-equipped work culture.
