Job summary

Signature HealthCARE Georgetown is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to oversee administrative areas within the Nursing Department and support the DON in maintaining high-quality patient care at our 65-bed campus in Georgetown, KY.

Ideal candidates will have RN licensure, 3+ years nursing experience, and 1–2 years of supervisory experience, with CPR certification. This on-site role emphasizes policy compliance, staff leadership, and operational oversight.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience.
• One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative and functional areas or programs within the Nursing Department.
• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in overall operation of the department in accordance with Company policies, and standards of nursing practices and government regulations, so as to maintain quality care.
• Delegate to the Charge Nurses and Nurse Supervisors the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to perform their assigned duties.
