Qualifications

• Must have RN license in good standing.
• Minimum three years of nursing experience.
• One to two years of management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative and functional areas or programs within the Nursing Department.
• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in overall operation of the department per policies and regulations.
• Delegate authority and accountability to Charge Nurses and Supervisors for duties.
