Qualifications

• RNs with <12 months experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan individualized care with patient, family and team involvement; arrange education and referrals.
• Implement care through delegation and coordination; manage time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate patient responses; revise plan of care as needed and reassess.
• Promote professionalism, ethical standards, and accurate timely documentation.
