Qualifications

• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: Develop individualized care plan with patient, family, and team involvement.
• Implement: Directs care team, delegates tasks, and coordinates care per plan.
