Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days.
• BSN within 4 years of hire if <12 months of experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: performs comprehensive assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and gathers information from patient, family, physician, and team.
• Plan: develops an individualized care plan with patient and family involvement and coordinates follow‑up.
• Implement: directs care through delegation and collaboration, manages time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate: reviews outcomes and revises the plan as needed.
• Professionalism: upholds ethical standards, documents accurately, and complies with licensure and regulatory requirements.
