Qualifications

• RNs with <12 months experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Develop an individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Coordinate and delegate care to the interdisciplinary team to meet plan of care and education needs.
• Evaluate patient response to interventions and revise plan of care as needed.
• Document accurately and timely, and comply with licensure and regulatory standards.
