Medina Meadows Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation in Medina, OH is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our premier, boutique-style facility. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN roles with Days, Nights, and Weekends available.

Qualifications

Active RN license in the state of Ohio.
Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab preferred.
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans and physician orders.
Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team.
Complete documentation in compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines.
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs on assigned units.
Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards.
Respond appropriately to resident needs, emergencies, and clinical concerns.
