Job summary

Medina Center for Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. We offer 12-hour shifts across day and night, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, or PRN engagement in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) Ohio license.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
• Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
• Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
• Ensure adherence to all state, federal, and facility-specific regulations and standards.
• Respond to emergencies, assess situations, and provide critical care as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the facility’s continuous improvement efforts.
