Qualifications

• Current, valid LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
• Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to resident care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document residents’ health status and responses to care.
• Communicate with residents, families, and the care team professionally.
• Assist in supervising STNAs and contributing to quality care delivery.
