Sunnyside Care Center is seeking an RN Lead/Charge Nurse to implement and manage the Nursing Care Process on their unit, supervise staff, and ensure care meets standards. The role reports to the Director of Nursing and requires strong clinical leadership in a busy facility.
The position requires an active Minnesota RN license, CEU maintenance, and fluency in English. Base pay is $38.00–$46.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing compliance with state regulations.
REPORTS TO: Director of Nursing
Job Summary: The RN Lead/Charge Nurse is responsible for the implementation and management of the Nursing Care Process on their unit, including communicating evaluation/revisions of the Care Plan and supervising staff in care giving. The RN Lead/Charge Nurse follows nursing standards of practice at all times, as well as campus policies and procedures, state and federal requirements, rules and regulations.
Qualifications: Must have a current/active RN license with the State of Minnesota. Must keep up with CEU’s for license renewal. Must know and understand Universal Precautions. The nurse is also required to have an ability to read, write and speak English, and complete and pass a state required background study form which checks for certain criminal convictions or serious/recurring maltreatment.
RN wage $38.00-$46.00
