The RN will perform resident assessments, develop care plans with other healthcare professionals, and coordinate with the IDT to optimize outcomes while ensuring compliance with IDPH and CMS regulations. Full-time, part-time, and PRN options are available.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Registered Nurse license is required.
• Long Term Care (LTC) experience is preferred.
• Strong, effective communication and exemplary leadership skills are expected.
