Qualifications

• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred; education from accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Assesses physical, social, and psychological status and gathers information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Collaboratively develops and educates patient plans of care with involvement from patient and family.
• Directs the interdisciplinary care team, delegates tasks, and organizes care delivery.
• Evaluates patient responses and revises care plans to improve outcomes.
• Maintains professional standards, documentation, and compliance with licensure requirements.
