Redlands Community Hospital seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for an on-site role. The RN will perform standard professional nursing duties, uphold accreditation and regulatory standards, and demonstrate ability to lead the scope of practice for nursing staff, LVNs, and UAPs as needed.

The position requires a California RN license, BLS certification, and ACLS within specified timeframes. A minimum of one year of experience is preferred, with leadership experience advantageous for charge

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program required.
• Experience and/or training in leadership preferred, if acting as charge nurse.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care within the scope of practice and standards.
• Demonstrate leadership in coordinating care with LVN and UAPs as applicable.
• Assess patient needs using a population-based approach to determine appropriate care.
