Job summary

AdventHealth in Overland Park, Kansas is seeking a Registered Nurse for the LDRP nights shift. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, create individualized care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families.

Qualifications

Associate's in Nursing is required.
Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred.
1+ acute care hospital experience is preferred.
RN license is required and BLS is required.
Must be fluent in English and able to use computer tools.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate progress.
Administer medications and treatments per orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and self-care.
Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize patient care.
