Job summary

Intermountain Healthcare's Orem Community Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the LDRP unit on a full-time night shift. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based practice.

The role requires a BSN or willingness to obtain it within four years, and a current RN license; BLS certification is also required. Prior hospital maternity experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days.
• BSN required or willing to obtain within four years of hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• One or more years of RN hospital experience; L&D/Maternity/NICU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and collaborate with the care team.
• Develop and update individualized care plans with patient and family involvement.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Document accurately and in a timely manner; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and revise plans as needed.
