Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care and client service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate clients clearly and confidently.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and clinical protocols.
• Interest in aesthetics and helping clients achieve confidence-building results.
• Ability to assist with onboarding and training of new providers after training.

Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments according to Milan's established medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure safe and effective results.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for safe and efficient client flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling, confirming appointments, and maintaining client records.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation.
• Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support clinic goals and client satisfaction.
