Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal treatments following established medical protocols.
• Educate clients on pre/post-care and treatment expectations.
• Document treatments accurately and maintain compliant medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment to ensure safe, efficient client flow.
• Maintain a clean, professional clinical environment between treatments.
• Discuss treatment progress with clients and recommend additional treatment areas when appropriate.
• Encourage client reviews and referrals through excellent service.
• Support daily clinic operations including scheduling and patient records.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and treatment room preparation.
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and team members to support goals and client satisfaction.
