Job summary

ERP International, LLC is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Lactation Consultant to support Labor & Delivery at the Mike O’Callaghan Military Medical Center, Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, NV. This role engages in comprehensive lactation assessment, patient education, and collaboration with the birthing center team to promote breastfeeding best practices.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–5:00 pm, 9-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch; no weekends, no on-call.

Qualifications

• BSN degree from NLNAC/CCNE-accredited program.
• 3 years RN experience.
• Current unrestricted RN license.
• ARC/AHA BLS and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Healthcare Provider certification.
• International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC).

Responsibilities

• Lead lactation consultations for inpatient mothers and newborns.
• Coordinate care with birthing center and pediatric teams.
• Educate staff and families on breastfeeding practices.
• Document and monitor breastfeeding outcomes in patient records.
