Job summary

Piedmont Newton Hospital is seeking a staff nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across the lifespan. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care within organizational policies and standards of practice.

The role emphasizes coordinating care among staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. Georgia RN licensure and BCLS are required; bachelor’s degree preferred and new graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• No experience required; new graduates eligible.
• Nursing experience in hospital setting preferred
• 1 year in hospital setting for PRN positions preferred
• RN licensure and BCLS required

The staff nurse is responsible for maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.
