Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington RN License on hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
- 1 year Labor and Delivery Nursing experience.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for ensuring patient care 24 hours a day.
- Coordinate patient care delivery daily with health care team.
- Ensure patient care is delivered per professional, regulatory, and medical center standards.
- Establish and enforce standards of patient care and nursing practice.
- Develop and monitor unit-based quality improvement programs.
- Develop and implement unit-based goals for quality care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate delivery of patient care and staff performance.
- Advocate for patients, uphold ethical standards, and support cultural practices.
- Provide coaching and educational support to staff; collaborate with educators.
