Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse with active Florida license.
• Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 1+ year of acute care hospital experience preferred; Labor & Delivery experience required.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• EKG competency and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans; evaluate and revise as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and protocols; monitor adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care activities and outcomes.
