Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Nursing as specialized field of study is required.
• RN license is required.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Educate patients, families, and staff; ensure safety and quality.
• Delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies.
• Maintain documentation and participate in care coordination.
