Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Marble Falls is seeking an experienced RN for a 30-bed Medical-Surgical unit. You will oversee patient care, create care plans, and collaborate with a diverse team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role supports a 1:5 RN ratio and a 1:10 PCT ratio on both day and night shifts, with extensive clinical support and growth opportunities within a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Grad of an Accredited Program.
• Specialized field of study should be nursing.
• RN license.
• BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and create care plans.
• Educate patients, families, and staff to empower better care.
• Delegate tasks based on condition and competencies.
• Prioritize safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in care delivery.
• Collaborate with team to develop and implement care plans.
