Job summary

Upcoresolutions' client is seeking a dedicated caregiver/nurse in Seattle to apply specialized training and deliver high‑quality health care with compassionate, human connection during night shifts. The role requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, WA RN license, BLS and NRP certifications, and at least 1 year of nursing experience.

Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, 36-hour weeks, with emphasis on safety, patient advocacy, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
• 1 year Nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, identifies nursing diagnoses, plans and evaluates patient care.
• Develops and coordinates the patient’s care plan to meet goals and transitions.
• Monitors and communicates patient condition and outcomes.
• Advocates for ethical, holistic care and patient autonomy.
• Facilitates learning for patients, families, and the care team.
• Leads and coordinates inter-professional care beyond the bedside.
