Providence Swedish in Seattle is seeking a Night Shift RN to join the Labor and Delivery team. The role supports 24/7 patient care, works within a high-volume obstetric setting, and collaborates with MFM, Midwifery, OB, and Family Medicine teams.

Requirements include WA RN license, BLS/NRP, and at least 1 year of nursing experience. The department handles labor beds, NICU, and perinatal services with round-the-clock anesthesia, laborist, and neonatology support.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Washington RN License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics upon hire.
• 1 year Nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for ensuring the provision of patient care 24 hours a day.
• Coordinate patient care delivery daily with health care team members.
• Ensure patient care delivery complies with professional, regulatory, and medical center standards.
• Develop and monitor unit-based quality improvement programs and goals.
• Advise on ethical and legal issues and support cultural practices.
• Assist with care to maintain clinical skills across shifts.
