You'll work within a Magnet-designated hospital, enjoying a robust career ladder, ongoing education, and strong support for professional growth. Shift rotation includes 12-hour days with holidays and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state where the facility is located or a multistate license if applicable.
• BLS/CPR certification required per AHA standards and within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year of labor and delivery or related neonatal care experience preferred; no degree required.
• NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Labor & Delivery unit with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and care teams to ensure safe, effective care.
• Document medical records accurately and maintain patient safety and comfort.
• Participate in rotating shifts and on-call schedules as required by the department.
