AdventHealth in Ocala, Florida is seeking a Labor & Delivery RN for a PRN daytime role. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and monitor patient responses within a collaborative team. Strong communication, organization, and compassionate bedside manner are essential.
Requirements include an Associate's degree in Nursing with RN licensure and 2+ years in Labor & Delivery. CPR/NRP and Cerner/EPIC familiarity are preferred.

Pay is a set rate of $43/hr plus shift differentials
Shift Expectations: 6:45am to 7:15pm
Minimum of 4 shifts per 6-week schedule
2 weekend shifts required within the 4-shift commitment
1 major holiday and 1 minor holiday required annually
