Job summary

Piedmont Henry Hospital is seeking a staff nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care. The nurse will work within organizational policies and demonstrate professional growth and accountability.

The role requires maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff, and ensuring quality nursing care delivery across shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• New graduates eligible for PRN positions.
• Nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• 1 year hospital experience preferred for PRN roles.
• Georgia RN license or NLC/eNCL multistate license required.
• BCLS certification required.
• Advanced certification in specialty areas, if applicable.

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNCL Multistate License. Required and
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable (see addendum)
