Job description

We’re seeking an experienced L&D RN for primarily night shifts in Clearlake, California. This role is ideal for nurses with strong labor, delivery, and postpartum experience who are comfortable supporting occasional day shift coverage.

Shift: Primarily Nights, 1800 – 0630 (some day coverage as needed)

Hours: 36 hours/week

Location: Clearlake, CA

Experience: 3–4 years in labor and delivery

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) License – California – Required

BLS Certification – Required

ACLS Certification – Preferred

NRP Certification – Required

STABLE Certification – Preferred

AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Certification – Must obtain within 6 months; recertify every 2 years

Experience & Skills

Comfortable with postpartum care

Nursery experience (any level) appreciated

Familiarity with hospital crash cart, patient monitoring, and emergency protocols

Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
