Description du poste

The all-inclusive hourly non-local pay rate for this position is $67.48/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $51.40/hr, along with a per diem of $16.08/hr.

Shift: Monday to friday 3 Days 7:00 am - 07:30 pm

Per Week: 36 Hours

Implement and monitor patient care plans.

Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.

Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
