Job description

The all-inclusive hourly non-local pay rate for this position is $56.80/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $47.05/hr, along with a per diem of $ 9.75/hr, Local Rates (Below 50Miles):$45.44/hr.

Shift: Monday to Friday 3 Days 7:00 pm - 07:30 am

Per Week: 36 Hours

Responsibilities

Implement and monitor patient care plans.
Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
