The all-inclusive hourly non-local pay rate for this position is $50.49/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $41.66/hr, along with a per diem of $8.83/hr. Local Rates (Below 75 Miles):$40.39/hr,

Shift: Monday to friday 3 Days 6:30 pm - 07:00 am

Per Week: 36 Hours

Implement and monitor patient care plans.

Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.

Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
