Description

This position involves providing critical care in a Labor & Delivery setting. The role requires a registered nurse to assess, plan, and implement patient care strategies. The RN will work onsite, managing patient care during a specific shift, and will be responsible for coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• BSN degree required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a relevant field.
• Competency in medication titration.
• NRP, ACLS, and BLS certifications required.
• Ability to supervise other nursing personnel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with patient care planning and implementation.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant nursing experience.
• Experience in a PICU/NICU setting is preferred.
• Proven ability to assess and manage patient care needs effectively.
