Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH)– Winchester Hospital is seeking a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse. You will perform nursing assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress while collaborating with the care team to optimize outcomes.

The role requires an RN license in Massachusetts with 36 hours per week, night shifts, including weekends and holidays. BSN is preferred and prior unit experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
• Current license to practice as an RN in Massachusetts required.
• BSN strongly encouraged.

As a Registered Nurse for our Labor & Delivery Team, you will be responsible for the following:

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
• Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
• Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.
• This is 36 hour/week night position, including weekend and holiday rotations.

Pay Range

Pay Range: $36.00 - $90.14 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
