Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health's Winchester Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Labor & Delivery team. You will perform complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and evaluate therapies to improve outcomes.

You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop individualized care plans and support families, ensuring education and emotional support to help loved ones achieve the best possible recoveries.

Qualifications

• Graduate of state-approved/accredited RN program required.
• Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged.
• Current MA RN license required to practice.
• Work experience in unit-specific specialty preferred.
• This is a 24 hour/week day position, including weekend and holiday rotations.
• Labor & Delivery experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observe patient progress and evaluate therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Pay Range

$36.00 - $90.14 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
