Qualifications

• Active RN license.

• Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient safety.

Job description

Role: Registered Nurse in Women & Infants Labor & Delivery Enterprise Float Pool supporting multiple hospital locations.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, prioritize safety and quality, and support multidisciplinary teams. Model proficiency through precepting and contribute to evidence-based, patient-centered care in units like Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women's Care, and NICU. Follow standards set by professional organizations and participate in specialty education and training.

Qualifications & Skills

Active RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and at least 6 months of Women and Infants RN experience or completion of a fellowship. Certifications include BLS and NRP. Ability to work night shifts and support a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong clinical skills, commitment to learning, and patient safety are essential.
