Health Here is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool to provide safe, age-appropriate care across Labor & Delivery and Mother-Baby units in a dynamic Maryland hospital.

The role requires full-time coverage, including weekends and night shifts, with opportunities for growth, shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits as part of a supportive care team. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes for mothers and newborns.

Qualifications

• RN license in MD or Compact State is required.
• 2+ years RN experience in telemetry, pediatrics, PICU or NICU.
• Pediatric roles: BLS, PALS, NRP and pediatric/neonatal critical care cert preferred.
• Critical care roles: BLS, ACLS, trauma and stroke certs within six months.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 2+ years of RN experience, including telemetry, pediatrics, PICU, or NICU.
• Current RN license in Maryland or a Compact State.
• For pediatric roles: BLS, PALS, NRP, and certification in pediatric or neonatal critical care preferred.
• For critical care roles: BLS, ACLS, trauma, and stroke certifications within six months.
• Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and excellent communication.
