Job summary

Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center in Eagle Pass, TX, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Labor and Delivery team. You will provide professional nursing care, coordinate care planning with other disciplines, and lead and support the healthcare team while upholding patient-centered care and service excellence standards.

The role requires TX RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, NRP, and preferably AWHONN certification; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• TX RN license required; BLS, ACLS and NRP required.
• BSN preferred; Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Three years of L&D or related RN experience required.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups, manage figures and assess age-appropriate care.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and general public. Ability to calculate figures and amounts. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Provides care appropriate to the age of the patient served.
