Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Marble Falls, TX, is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery. You will assess patients, develop and adjust care plans, and coordinate care for mothers and infants in a high‑quality unit with 1:1 labor and 1:3 couplets ratios.

We operate our own L&D OR and recovery area, following Texas Ten Steps and Maternal Level 2 designation with Neonatal Level 1 standards. The full-time days schedule includes a $15,000 bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• RN license required.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care using a professional practice model.
• Perform detailed clinical assessments and create care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health needs and care options.
• Delegate tasks based on patient condition and team competency.
• Ensure safety, effectiveness and quality in patient care.
