Qualifications

• RN license and active licensure in Texas.
• BLS certification required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; nursing major preferred.
• 1 year of nursing experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care using the nursing process.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Delegate interventions to care team per Texas Nursing Practice Act.
• Ensure safe patient passage and prevent delays in care.
• Collaborate with the health care team to meet patient goals.
