Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center is seeking an RN to manage patients in medical and surgical settings with leadership responsibilities over nursing teams. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and collaboration with hospital staff.

The RN must hold a Texas license (or compact) with BLS/NRP and meet Labor & Delivery experience requirements. BSN preferred and weekend/holiday availability is expected.

Formación

• RN with Texas license or compact license; BSN preferred.
• Must have and maintain BLS and NRP, and other department required certifications.
• Minimum three years in Labor and Delivery.
• Current certifications per unit needs; AHA Healthcare Provider program requirements apply.

Responsabilidades

• Manage patients admitted or seen for medical or surgical conditions.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Ensure patient-centered care foundations in all nursing activities.
• Oversee and guide nursing staff under supervision; collaborate across departments.
