Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Glendale, CA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned patient group in an acute care setting.

The RN will supervise nursing staff, collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, conduct data collection and care planning, implement and evaluate the care plan, and participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Acute care facility experience preferred.
• RN licensure in the state of practice required.

Job Summary:

Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.

Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.

Job Requirements:

• Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Acute care facility experience: Preferred
• Licenses/Certifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
• Facility Specific License/Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
• Department Specific License/Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
