UCHealth in Colorado Springs is seeking a Registered Nurse for a night shift on the LDRP PCU North unit. This full-time, on-site role offers a 72-hour pay period and a night shift incentive program.

You will participate in direct patient care for women and infants, utilize the nursing process, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes. ACLS/NRP/C-EFM/BLS certifications within specified timeframes are required.

Qualifikationen

• RN licensure current and in good standing.
• 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience or UCHealth fellowship completion.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire; NRP before orientation end.
• C-EFM within 1 year of hire; BLS through AHA/Red Cross before start date.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care as an RN using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Model precepting for new staff and UCHealth orientation.
• Support wellness and evidence-based practice for patients and families.
